Monday-Thursday.....Rollercoaster Ride..YAY!! (NOT)

URI (no..not UTI) URI=Upper Respiratory Infection...BLAH!!!

Oh boy! Oh boy! I am sick! YUCK!!!!! Ok, Here's the DL on this crap!
I had Monday off ( that would have been the good part of this week). Tuesday, went to work and started to feel sick at work...(oh boy! what the heck is this!!) that evening I started to feel worse (fever, congested sinuses, severe chest pain when coughing, scratchy throat). Wednesday morning...ughhhh!!!! Fever spiked to 99.8*F, body aches, felt like crap! Called off work, and went to Urgent Care to figure out what was wrong with me...Nurse Practitioner says " You have a URI" (and I'm thinking "FABULOUS"!!) They first did a rapid strep test...that was negative...so they sent the sample to the lab for further testing. Conclusion to this story...I am off today (Thursday) suppose to be off until 6/2/2012 (not happening). Went to class last night (math) could barely concentrate..geez! But, I am happy to say that I am feeling better than what I did, hopefully this goes away very, very, very soon! I hate being sick, it interrupts my life way to much, and I can't afford to be off work for a long period of time, so, I shall resume work tomorrow (Friday). So, that's what has being going on in my crazy, random life :-) I'll upload a video about URI.

Wash your hands people! It is the #1 thing you can do to STOP the spread of viruses ect ect!
